Our gym is built on hard work, respect, and consistency. Every session is focused on helping members improve both physically and mentally while training alongside like-minded people who push each other to succeed. We believe combat sports are for everyone, and we pride ourselves on creating an environment where every member feels supported and motivated.

01.What combat sports do you train at Flynn’s Gym?
Flynn’s Gym offers professional training in Boxing, K1 Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Wrestling. Our classes are designed for all experience levels, whether you are training for fitness, self-defence, or competition.
02.How do I know which class is right for me?
Our team is always happy to help you choose the right class based on your experience level and goals. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced fighter, we will guide you towards the sessions best suited to you.
03.Do I need to bring any equipment to training?
For your first session, comfortable training clothes and water are all you need. As you progress, our coaches can advise you on the right gloves, shin pads, and protective equipment for your chosen classes.
04.Can beginners join classes at Flynn’s Gym?
Absolutely. We welcome beginners of all fitness levels and experience. Our classes are structured to help new members learn the fundamentals in a supportive and motivating environment while building confidence and fitness over time.
